2. Services

• Insurance: We help customers request, compare, and service auto, motorcycle, renters, home, SR-22, commercial, business, and related insurance products. Coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, policy terms, payment, and state law.
• Vehicle registration: We may help with vehicle registration and related paperwork. Cardona's is a private business and is not the California DMV. Some services may be available directly from the DMV without our service fee.
• Income tax: We may provide income tax preparation and related document support. Website content is general information and is not individualized tax, legal, or financial advice unless provided through an agreed professional service.

3. Quotes, Coverage, and Government Processing

Website content, AI chat, forms, calls, and emails do not bind coverage, guarantee a premium, guarantee a tax outcome, or guarantee DMV/government processing times. Insurance coverage is effective only when confirmed according to the carrier's rules and applicable policy documents.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Review quotes, applications, forms, policy documents, tax documents, DMV records, and payment terms before signing or paying.
• Bring or provide required documents in a timely way and tell us promptly if information changes.
• Do not use the website, AI chat, forms, or communications for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Service fees, policy premiums, payment-plan charges, government fees, tax preparation fees, and third-party fees may apply. Fees should be reviewed before service begins or payment is made. Government fees are set by government agencies and may change.

Refunds depend on the service, carrier, government agency, payment provider, and work already performed. Some service fees may be non-refundable once work has started or been completed.

6. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, quote, appointment, policy, registration, tax service, documents, payments, and related service updates. If you opt in to SMS/text messages, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. AI Chat

AI chat is provided for convenience and general information. Responses may be generated by AI unless a human follows up. AI chat is not legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, a binding quote, or a coverage determination.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, full tax records, passwords, fingerprint records, or other highly sensitive documents through AI chat.

8. Privacy and Security

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Notice. Optional analytics is disabled unless you allow it, Global Privacy Control is honored where applicable, and we do not use advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising on this website. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.

9. Intellectual Property and Website Use

The website content, branding, layout, graphics, and code are owned by Cardona's or its licensors. You may use the site for your own personal or business service inquiry, but you may not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the site or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardona's Insurance Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from website use, AI chat, third-party services, carrier decisions, government processing, or information you provide.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by California law. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute proceeds, venue will be in courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
